Wilmslow is an English town that lies in the ceremonial county of Cheshire. More than 30,000 people live in Wilmslow and most of the population lives in affluently constructed houses that are unmatched in the whole county. Wilmslow has the unique distinction of being the 3rd most richest constituency in the United Kingdom. St. Bartholomew's church is a well recognized name and its building in Wilmslow dates back to the 16th century. Alan Turing who was named by the Time Magazine as one of the 100 Most Important People of the last century lived in Wilmslow. Turing committed suicide in his house and his house was recently honoured by the government placing a blue plaque on the building. Wilmslow is featured in numerous English novels.
