Seaton is an acclaimed seaside town in the English southwestern county of Devon. The population of Seaton is approximately over 7,000 inhabitants who have been blessed with an amazing beach that attracts thousands of tourists every year. Seaton can act as a base centre for those who are interested in exploring one of the very rarest geological walk in the rock strata that some experts claim to be 185 million year old.

The River Axe runs in the surrounding area of Seaton and a chain of cliffs gives the town its famous fairy-tale look. Seaton used to be a holiday resort but recently a holiday camp site was purchased by a multinational group but the cliffs offer all the facilities for which Seaton is famous among the tourist. You can easily book your accommodation in the hilly guest houses where you get all the dazzling views of the place.

There is a 14th century church in the town and people who have interest in the English church buildings often visit this place. Local guides are available to enlighten the tourists about the impact of Christianity in the English territory.

Seaton has the honour of having one of the pioneering concrete bridges in the world. This concrete bridge was built in the late 19th century and still serves the needs of local people. Seaton offers a Tramway service which is a very innovative idea to traverse the area. During your travel you will not miss the spectacular sites that Seaton is most famous for.
