Farm steadings built in 1860, forming part of the original Flichity Hotel, now converted to provide quality accommodation and dining in relaxed surroundings.
Much care has been taken preserve the old stonework and timber beans, giving a sense of unhurried charm and traditional workmanship. Furnished throughout to complement the age and history of this unique building and its location.
The hotel is situated in Upper Strathnairn, on the B851 road south of Inverness (A9 to Fort Augustus road) amidst the magnificent scenery of lochs and heathered lands which at one time belonged to the ancient MacGillivray clan and from where they set out to fight for their Prince at Culloden.
The Grouse & Trout Restaurant
The Grouse & Trout Restaurant within the hotel provides Scottish and International cuisine, prepared where possible from the very best of Scottish and local highland produce.
The relaxing ambience and unhurried service is conducive to your enjoyment of the very best food and fine wines.
The Cosy Lounge Bar
The cosy lounge bar with its sloping beamed ceiling and stone walls brings an atmosphere of old world charm, the ideal place to relax with a tot of whisky from the excellent array on offer, or an aperitif before dinner or just a coffee.A varied selection of Scottish beers and lagers may also quench the thirst of the avid traveller.
Main Lounge
The comfortable lounge situated along the rear of the property hosts wonderful panoramic views of the Strath, from here much wildlife can be admired. Often the resident hare family play on the lawn, the stout tracing the hare scent, or you may be privileged to see the Osprey collecting a trout from the Flichity Loch.

There are eight excellently appointed guest rooms, some are on the ground and some on the first floor, all are decorated to compliment the surroundings, image and style of the property.
