Hamilton Hotel is a large, spacious, traditional victorian hotel situated on the South side of Lincoln, which is convenient for parks, shops, bars, restaurants, Lincoln train station, city centre and tourist attractions. It is just a 15 minute walk to the very centre of the Lincoln city. A bus stop with a regular and reliable bus service is situated at the very front of the Hotel.
The hotel is a former victorian home converted and restored that has original features to give it a warm, friendly, homely feel.
We welcome long-stay guests as well, as now we have quite remarkable experience hosting contractors and businessmen even for as long as a year and more! It simply means that people like the overall atmosphere of the Hotel.

Rooms
The Hotel has 7 rooms available complete with shower/bath and en-suite rooms. We strongly follow a non-smoking policy. Thorough the Hotel in all the rooms we have FREE Wi-Fi high speed Internet Connection.
We are proud that our ensuite rooms have the ones of the most distinctive bathrooms with tiled walls and fine showers.

In most bathrooms there are Aromatherapy soaps and shower gels, in some we provide individual usage small sachets of shower gel, shampoo and soap. These can also be requested by other guests.- Wardrobe with wooden coat hangers

- Wrapped plastic glasses for water or bathroom usage
- Tissues
- Bath and hand towel
- Welcome tray: kettle, cups, coffee, tea, milk and sugar, biscuits

The Hotel can provide cooked breakfast in our spacious dining room as early as before 6am and can adjust to specific working hours of the guests. We can cater for specific diets (vegetarian etc) as well.

We suggest to all of our customers that a booking is made at the earliest time possible to avoid disappointment. Use our booking form on our website to ensure your reservation is given priority. We will then contact you so you can complete your reservation over the telephone.
Prices
One of the most important inquiry is always the price. We strongly recommend that you contact us directly for a better arrangement and specific wishes.
Here we can provide just the basic rates which can change in each individual case depending on the time of the year, week day and specific requirements as well as the number of people in the room.
