Attractions in the area abound. Visit Chatsworth House & Park (3 miles); Haddon Hall, the location of the recently filed Jane Eyre; Eyam plague village; Bakewell, home of the delicious pudding. See the working flourmill on the river Wye at Cauldwell's Mill, and visit the newly opened Peak Village a shopping complex in Rowsley.

Travel from there on the seam railway to Matlock with Peak Rail, then on to Gulliver's Kingdom and the Heights of Abraham in Matlock Bath.
