| Awarm welcome & peaceful surroundings will be found in our converted barn farmhouse on our 200 acre working farm set in rolling countryside. We are situated in rural Warwickshire at the top of the Cotswolds near the Roman Fosse Way, ideally situated for visiting Stratford Upon Avon, Warwick, Leamington Spa, Coventry, Rugby the National Exhibition Centre - NEC and the National Agricultural Centre - NAC at Stoneleigh. |
Our accommodation consists of 2 ground floor double rooms en suite, and 1 twin room with basin & adjacent bathroom.

with full English breakfast.
All rooms have central heating & tea / coffee making facilities & a TV is situated in the large comfortable lounge where smoking is permitted, WiFi available. |
We are a Farm Holiday Bureau Member and are open all year except the Christmas & New Year period.
Children Welcome - high chairs, cot & baby monitor available.
Guests are welcome to use the large garden and patio area.

M40 North
1) Leave M40 at J13 turn left onto B4100 towards Banbury
2) Continue 2 miles until roundabout turn left (North) onto Fosse Way B4455
3) Continue 4 miles and straight over next roundabout still on Fosseway B4455
4) Continue 3 miles until Hunningham crossroads, turn right for Long Itchington
5) Continue half a mile, under railway bridge and turn right into farm drive
6) Come up drive (under railway bridge) around righthand bend and we are the gate on the left
M40 South
1)Leave M40 at J14 and continue 1 mile until roundabout2) Turn right (east) onto B4100 towards Banbury
3) At next roundabout (3 Miles) turn left (North) onto Fosse Way B4455
3) At next roundabout (3 miles) continue straight over still on Fosseway B4455
4) Continue 3 miles until Hunningham crossroads, turn right for Long Itchington
5) Continue half a mile, under railway bridge and turn right into farm drive
6)Come up drive (under railway bridge) around righthand bend and we are thegate on the left
M1 North
1) Leave M1 J17 onto M45 (West) for 9 miles over first roundabout
2) Turn left onto B4453 for Princethorpe
3) At Princethorpe turn left then right onto B4455 signposted Stow & Fosseway
4) Follow Fosse Way for two and a half miles until next junction
5) At Hunningham crossroads, turn left for Long Itchington
6) Continue half a mile, under railway bridge and turn right into farm drive
7) Come up drive (under railway bridge) around righthand bend and we are the
gate on the left
M1 South
1) Leave M1 at J21 and turn right onto M69 (West)
2) Continue along M69 to the end where it will become the A46
3) At next roundabout (2 miles) stay on A46 signposted Warwick
4) At next roundabout (2 miles) turn left onto A45 for just 1 mile
5) Fork left onto A423 signposted Banbury
6) Stay on A423 for 3 miles until Princethorpe
7) At Princecthorpe turn right at the 2nd junction B4455 signposted Stow & Fosseway
8) Follow Fosse Way for two and a half miles until next junction

4) At next roundabout (2 miles) turn left onto A45 for just 1 mile
5) Fork left onto A423 signposted Banbury
6) Stay on A423 for 3 miles until Princethorpe
