Portrush lies at the north tip of Northern Ireland and considered to be a very attractive town of County Antrim. The town has all the elements of the famous Irish folks and it is a well known seaside resort as well. The Royal Portrush Golf Club is considered to be the finest golf club present in Northern Ireland. This golf club is known to be the only golf club outside of Great Britain to be honoured with Open Championship hosting.

The largest Irish amusement park with respect to area is located in Portrush. This park offers numerous activities for teenagers and kids. The whole range of water sports is superbly arranged to entertain the incoming visitors. Some new sections are added recently to introduce the latest forms of water sports.

Within half hour of driving lies the Dunluce Castle which is a must watch site if you happen to visit Portrush. The castle is considered to be one of the finest in Ireland. You can even book tours and can enjoy detailed guidance from local guides. The castle is well maintained and the government has taken steps to improve the conditions for incoming visitors.
