Wynards farm is a working dairy farm, situated in the middle of East Budleigh. The village is on the west bank of the river Otter.

East Devon is designated an area of outstanding natural beauty, renowned for superb views and varied countryside. It is criss-crossed with footpaths and is a Mecca for walking holidays.

All three rooms have comfortable beds, tea & coffee facilities, some of which are en-suite. Children are very welcome and a full English Farmhouse breakfast is served. There are two public houses serving excellent food, within walking distance of the farm.
