| Welcome to Wolfscastle Country Hotel, a former vicarage nestling in the lush mid-Pembrokeshire countryside, and still known locally by its original name "Allt yr Afon" (Hill by the River). Wolfscastle Country Hotel is located on the A40, halfway between Fishguard and Haverfordwest. It is ideally situated for excursions to every part of Pembrokeshire, including the Coastal Path in the Pembrokeshire Coast National Park. The hotel is very much a family affair in ambience and character and our guests regularly compliment us on the warm welcome and friendly atmosphere which, combined with good service and fine food, guarantee a memorable experience. |
| For over 20 years Owner-Manager Andrew Stirling has been helped by Sandy Falconer "Front-of-House" with Chefs Steve Brown and Alex George providing the culinary delights. Together they have almost 100 years combined service at Wolfscastle Country Hotel. All of our Bedrooms have recently been tastefully refurbished and a No Smoking policy prevails. Each room has telephone, satellite TV, refreshment facilities n private bathroom with shower. The Hotel is a careful blend of the old and the new, the rooms practical as well as comfortable. In total there are 20 bedrooms, comprised of 5 Doubles, 1 Single, 5 Twins, 4 Superior and 5 Executive rooms. |
| A La Carte and Bar Meals are served in the hotel resident's Bar and Restaurant. Over the years an enviable reputation has been gained for our cuisine and in particular for the use of fresh local produce, caringly prepared by our chefs. The Restaurant offers an efficient, professional service in a relaxed and convivial atmosphere. The Hotel features in many guides and is one of 48 establishments selected for inclusion in "Welsh Rarebits", the Welsh Gold Collection of privately run Hotels of Distinction. |
| Wolfscastle Country Hotel is one of the premier Wedding venues in Pembrokeshire. Our Main Function Room has been a very popular venue for both weddings and parties for many years. The room opens out onto the Garden and Covered Patio area, ideal for wedding photographs. We can accommodate virtually any table plan to suit your needs. The room takes up to 180 guests for a sit-down meal and there is a private bar and toilet facilities. |
| Our Party Menu Book is available upon request and contains details of all our menu options and services available for your special day. We have Party Menus, Buffet Menus and Barbecue Menus ranging in price from £7.00 to £22.50 per head. The smaller Function Room, the Barclay Suite, is ideal for smaller private parties seating up to 30 people for dinner. There is a private Entrance, Patio, Parking and Toilet facilities. |
