Willowford Farm offers Bed & Breakfast accommodation and home-cooked food on a working farm.
We are ideally located for walkers and cyclists following Hadrian's Wall or the Pennine Way, and a perfect base for those visiting the natural and cultural riches of the region.
The farm is situated on the edge of Gilsland in the heart of Hadrian's Wall Country and is well served by public transport and easily accessible from the A69. A map of our location can be found here.

Accommodation and Food
Our rooms are comfortable and spacious and are tastefully decorated to enhance the character of the traditional Grade II listed farmhouse.
We have a range of double and twin rooms, some with a private bathroom and some that share a bathroom. Rates range from £25-£30 per person per night (based on 2 people sharing) and include a full English breakfast.
We also offer home-cooked evening meals made from fresh local produce, organic where possible. A four course meal costs £15 per head. Special dietary requirements can be catered for.
Alternatively, there a number of pubs in the village that serve food and are within 1/4 mile of the farm.

Directions
Gilsland can be reached by the 685 and AD122 Carlisle-Newcastle bus services, and the farm is 1/4 mile from the stop. The nearest train station is Haltwhistle, from where we are happy to pick you up. If driving, turn north off the A69 onto the road signposted "Spadeadam, Gilsland, Denton " and we are opposite the school as you enter Gilsland.
