Situated between the coast and the South Downs just west of Chichester, Willowbrook offers friendly and relaxed accommodation in a semi rural village. At the front of the house there is large block paved car park with garden views over paddocks and farmland at the back. Children are welcome but please note we have no facilities for the very young e.g. cots. No smoking indoors please.

Pets are welcome by arrangement.

Single, twin, double, triple and family rooms are available all with r/c colour TV, tea and coffee making facilities, hair dryer and radio alarm clock. There is a guest private bath / shower room and a ground floor twin room with guest private w.c.

Full English breakfasts are served with vegetarian alternatives by prior arrangement with serving times to suit.

Numerous attractions are within easy reach, such as Goodwood, Chichester with its Edwardian buildings, Festival theatre and cathedral, the Weald and Downland Open Air museum, Fishbourne Roman Palace, Bosham Church Quay, Stansted House, Arundel Castle and cathedral,West Dene Gardens, Fontwell Park, the harbour and marina areas, and Portsmouth with HMS Victory, Warrior and the Mary Rose.

The South Downs cycle route and coastal path are also nearby.

We are also an ABRS approved riding establishment offering lessons and hacking on the Downs and stabling if you wish to ‘holiday with your horse’.

Directions :

We are is four miles west of Chichester and four miles east of Havant between the A259 and the A27 (there is no A27 / Hambrook exit road).

From the A27 at Havant:

Travelling east towards Chichester , take the EMSWORTH exit just after Havant. At the bottom of the exit road turn right at the roundabout, going under the A27 onto the A259. Stay on this road going over the roundabout at Emsworth and the mini roundabout at Southbourne. After about a mile with the Barleycorn pub on your right, turn left into Broad Road at the Hambrook sign. Up Broad Road for about ½ mile, turn left into Priors Leaze Lane just past the shop, then immediately right into Hambrook Hill South and we are first on the left.

From the A27 at Chichester:

Travelling east towards Portsmouth take the first exit signposted to Fishbourne on the A259 at the large roundabout. Stay on this road for about three miles passing through Fishbourne, Bosham and Chidham. A few hundred yards past the Chidham sign turn right into Broad Road at the bollards. Up Broad Road for about ½ mile, turn left into Priors Leaze Lane just past the shop, then immediately right into Hambrook Hill South and we are first on the left.
