The building is nearly 200 years old and features olde worlde interiors and pleasing gardens. Private car parking is available with security lighting and CCTV. Village facilities and the well known Bon Viveur Restaurant are literally 3 minutes walk away. Convenient for Leeds, York, Pontefract, Castleford, Garforth and Selby. Adjacent to M1/A1(M), ideal stop when travelling north/south. |

| Directions. There is easy road access from the A1, M1 and M62. From the A1(M) between Castleford / Ferrybridge and Wetherby exit at junction 42/A63 for Leeds/Selby. Follow A63 1 mile towards Selby to junction with A162. Take A162 north following signs to Sherburn in Elmet. Total four miles. From the M1 junction 46 take the A63 East and then B1222 to Sherburn-In-Elmet. Total of 8 miles. Local Railway Stations (1 mile) are South Milford on the Leeds to Selby line and Sherburn-In-Elmet on the York to Sheffield line. Bus Services: Ariva bus numbers 402, 403, 406 on the Leeds to Selby Service and Arriva bus numbers 492, 493 on the Pontefract to Tadcaster service.  |
