Weston Lawn

Weston Lawn is a Georgian family house owned by William and Fiona Close, set in its own gardens one mile from the centre of Bath. You will find a friendly welcome in this relaxing non-smoking home.

The Bedrooms All our rooms have en-suite or private facilities, central heating and are luxuriously furnished to ensure your relaxing stay. We provide a Colour TV, Radio, Hair Dryer and you can make yourselves Tea or Coffee. You will find a choice of books and publications with information on Bath's history and local activities. The Garden Room looks onto our grounds. It is a spacious ground floor room providing comfortable accommodation for up to two adults and two children. It combines bedroom and sitting room and en-suite bathroom with both bath and shower. It is traditionally furnished to a high standard with sofa and chairs or additional beds for children. We provide Baby Sitting and there is a cot available. The Garden Room has its own entrance giving you complete privacy. You will be assured of a quiet and relaxing stay with us.. Wisteria is a delightful Double or Twin room with an Edwardian washbasin, period fireplace and furnished with antiques. The room looks onto the courtyard beside a scented Magnolia Grandiflora and Jasmine. Your spacious private bathroom has both bath and shower. The Red Room is a large single/smaller double room with a double bed, en-suite shower and washbasin. We have retained the original fireplace in this smartly furnished and elegant bedroom.

Entrance Hall Weston Lawn, our comfortable Bath B&B, is very much a family house with the rooms and halls hung with our family portraits, prints and paintings. The Entrance Hall has a delightful pastel portrait of a Great Aunt when she was a little girl. While upstairs, sober faced ancestors stare down reproachfully from the walls in the corridor.

Dining Room We serve Breakfast in our traditionally furnished Dining Room where you can read the morning paper. You have the choice of a large Continental Breakfast including Fiona's special fruit compot, or AGA cooked English Breakfast with sausage, bacon and egg. Let us know if you have any special requirements.

Molly & Shah Our family pets, Molly the Golden Retriever and Shah the marmalade Persian, are never far away. They are usually hovering around the scene of greatest activity or hoping for free pickings.
