A magical location for outdoor activities, educational field studies and training courses.
Wern Watkin is located in the Brecon Beacons National Park. It is high up on Mynnedd Llangattock near the escarpment and offers direct walking access to the mountainside, ancient woodland, caves, cliffs and industrial heritage. Our guests include families, scouts, ramblers, canoeists, cyclists, cavers, training groups, educational groups and social groups.
Wern Watkin is a stone built small holding. The bunkhouse, sleeps up to thirty people in seven fully en-suite bedrooms. There is a massive dining room/seating area and a wonderful outdoor space opening out onto ancient facilities and ample hot water.
Activities
Our location is simply wonderful for an enormous range of activities. We can arrange a wide range of outdoor pursuits using local experienced and qualified instructors. |
