Vigo Cottage Bed & Breakfast is situated on the A227 Gravesend Road between Meopham and Wrotham, parallel to the village of Vigo. Vigo Cottage sits in an acre of land with its own private parking space and garden. Our Bed & Breakfast is a comfortable spacious 18th century detached cottage which consists of ground and first floors. The accommodation offers both twin and triple bedded rooms. We serve a full English or Continental breakfast at a time suitable to our guests. Special requirements can be met with three days prior notice. Vigo Cottage B&B is a perfect base from which to explore a vast array of attractions and amenities in and around the magnificent Kent countryside. Kent offers - historic buildings, gardens, natural scenery, wildlife, sport, walking and shopping, to name a few. Whatever the reason for your stay, be it to unwind and relax, explore and discover, visit and shop or just be spoilt, we endeavour to ensure that all our visitors have a pleasant and memorable experience. Accommodation  The Cottage consists of ground and first floors. The Ground floor is part tiled and part natural wood. The accommodation has under floor heating throughout the ground floor, thereby maintaining a constant temperature throughout the cottage. The first floor has natural wooden flooring throughout and modern central heating for additional heat if required. Our Lounge has comfortable seating which over looks the garden through a set of French doors. We have phone, Internet access including wireless and a broadband facility. The Rooms Our Twin-bedded room is complete with two large single orthopaedic beds, a private power shower and sink basin, use of towels, hairdryer, ironing and a very large mirror. The room also has a sitting area with TV, DVD and a large selections of DVD movies. Tea, coffee and chocolate-making facilities are also available. Our Triple-bedded room has a double-size orthopaedic bed and two matching orthopaedic large single beds. The room also has a sitting area with TV, DVD and a large selections of DVD movies. Tea, coffee and chocolate-making facilities are also available. Directly opposite is a bathroom with a large Victorian bath, sink basin, toilet and a power shower system, use of towels and a hairdryer. This room has a warm welcome look and feel and is suitable for groups or family members wish to stay. All the rooms in the B&B are spacious but cosy and have all the ingredients for a perfect night sleep.
Our Double-bedded ensuite room has a private power shower, private toilet and basin, hairdryer, use of towels. The B&B offers a comfortable orthopaedic mattress, set in an antique wooden frame with matching furniture for relaxing, fully mirrored double sliding doors set in a built in wall robe, ceiling fan, TV and DVD. Large selections of DVD movies are available for viewing. Ironing, tea/coffee and chocolate-making facilities are available. This room is inviting and offers comfortable sleep. CANCELLATION POLICY 50% reservation is required to reserve a room at Vigo cottage. This is non refundable if you cancel after 24 hours. NOTE No pets No smoking in the accommodation. Breakfast The Bed and Breakfast establishment provides full English or Continental breakfast at a time suitable to our guests. Special request for any other kind of breakfast must be emailed to the establishment at least three days before your stay. When you check into one of our rooms, you will receive your own breakfast order form. Simply check off the items required such as quantities and the time you want to be served. Breakfast is held in our dinning room area alternatively we offer a room service. We will ensure that you enjoy our Full English or lighter options of Continental breakfast with tea, coffee and fresh juice drinks, and all types of condiments in abundance.
