This delightful Edwardian establishment is set in an attractive, quiet leafy cul de sac, on Weston hillside, approx 300 metres from the sea front, town centre, theatre & Winter Gardens. The Aparthotel is ideally situated for those working in the South West area/M5 corridor as we are approx 4 miles from J21 M5, approx 15 miles for Bristol Airport and just over ½ mile from Weston Railway station with regular direct trains to Bristol & London. We are also an ideal base to explore the beautiful Somerset countryside and other places of interest such as Cheddar Caves & Wookey Hole Bristol City & Water Front City of Bath Cribbs Causeway Retail Park & the New Cabot Circus The many ranges of hills such as the Quantocks & Mendips We are open all year round for business, leisure, golfing parties, families & those relocating to the area. |
There are 8 hotel bedrooms & a selection of self catering apartments to choose from. We have a number of twin, double & family rooms all of which can be let on a single occupancy basis for a supplement. All have been tastefully decorated with finished with a few modern extras. All hotel rooms & suites benefit from: En-Suite Facilities with bath and/or Shower Colour TV Tea & Coffee making facilities Luxury Toiletries Hairdryer Alarm Clock Beds are made up with duvets with fresh cotton covers & decorated with throws & scatter cushions (please note we do not use blankets & bedspreads) The self catering apartments vary in size from studios to 1 bedroom units. All have been tastefully decorated with finished with a few modern extras. Hotel Facilities Car Parking Timbertop is one of only a few town establishments which benefits from its own car park which can accommodate approx 15 cars. Bar We have a small but well stocked bar with both alcoholic & non-alcoholic drinks. All drinks are sold in bottles or cans & spirits are served on the optics. It is suitable for those who wish to unwind & relax in the quiet surroundings of Timbertops. Guest Lounge & Reception Area The guest lounge is a lovely place to relax in one of the large comfy leather chairs or sofas. It is an ideal place to wait for friends, chat to other guests or just sit & watch the large colour TV rather than stay in your room all night. You can also access the internet from this area. Internet Access At the moment guests can benefit from internet access for free via Broadband Wifi - but you will have to bring your own laptop. We do have a guest computer just in case you forget to bring that essential piece of equipment. Business Services At Timbertop we offer a range of business services which are usually free such as faxes, emailing, printing & typing. However, a small fee may be levied dependent on the size of the job. Self Catering/Mini Kitchen Area There is a small kitchen area for the sole use of hotel guests where you can prepare & serve light snacks/meals. There is a microwave, fridge, toaster, kettle & sink in this facility. This enables guests to dine in if they wish as there are a number of supermarkets such as M & S, Tescos etc where ready meals can be purchased. |
Breakfast Timbertop Aparthotel is well known & liked for the wonderful breakfast that is served daily. Many guests return time & time again just for the strawberries (when in season). We have even been on national TV serving our lovely breakfast & were winners of Somerset first Hygiene Awards. We offer a wide range of starters including fresh seasonal fruit such as strawberries, raspberries, melon & pineapple. There is a choice of fruit yogurts, fresh fruit juice, boxed cereals. We can cater for those on special diets & certain allergies but for those who have life threatening intolerances/allergies must speak to staff on reservation as we can not guarantee that the kitchen/food prep areas are free from nuts etc. |
