| A warm welcome to our farmhouse bed and breakfast with beautiful views over the countryside from all our en-suite guest rooms. You can also enjoy a substantial farmhouse English breakfast, prepared using home grown and local produce wherever possible. Special Diets are catered for and we also offer drying facilities and freezing facilities for the fisherman, as well as packed lunches if required. Also evening meals by prior arrangement. Close by you will find many activities including Fishing, Sailing, Bird Watching, Cycling and a Golf Course. All our Guest Rooms are comfortably furnished. Each room has a TV, CD player, radio alarm clock, hairdryer as well as tea & coffee making facilities. We also have a downstairs room available suitable for disabled guests. Children are always welcome. |

| Booking Conditions Please confirm your check-in time when booking, especially if after 6pm. Early check-in times (before 3pm) may be possible with adequate notice. We respectfully inform our guests that a reservation constitutes a contract between themselves and the Proprietor. Any reservation cancelled within 24 hours prior to arrival date is liable to be charged in full unless the accommodation is re-let. A deposit of £10 per head will secure your booking. Guests are asked to vacate their rooms by 10am (weekdays) and 10.30am (weekends) on the day of departure. |
