It has its own front door and is totally independent of the main house; it also has well lit off street parking. Set in a quiet, leafy road at the north end of Chandlers Ford, 1.2 miles from Junction 12 of the M3 with easy access to London, Winchester, Southampton and Portsmorth. Mainline stations and Southampton International Airport are situated nearby.

Accommodation

The apartment is beautifully decorated with a contemporary feel and plenty of natural light. The spacious and comfortable living room is equipped with TV, video, radio and CD player and has a large selection of books. The bathroom comprises power shower, basin and loo and is tiled from floor to ceiling in blue mosaic tiles. There is a fully equipped mini-kitchen with two hotplates, a sink, a fridge, a microwave oven and toaster. Crockery, glassware and basic cooking utensils are supplied to ensure that you have a comfortable stay.

The double bedroom completes the apartment. Soothingly decorated in cream and white and fully carpeted, it comprises double bed, wardrobe, dressing table and large picture window.

Leave the M3 at junction 12. follow directions to Chandlers Ford. Proceed back over the motorway. At the mini roundabout take 2nd exit marked Ampfield & Romsey. This is the beginning of Hocombe Road. Travel along this road for 1.2 miles, number 97 will be found on the left hand side.
