It is situated in a lovely quiet location, adjacent to a golf course, in the heart of the Kent countryside with views to the Downs, yet near all the major routes to London, the West Country and Cross-Channel routes to Europe. The Old Barn Bed and Breakfast has been rated 4 Stars with a Silver Award.
The Old Barn is 6 miles from both Tonbridge and Tunbridge Wells in the South-East corner of England, which is known as 'The Garden of England'. The local railway station has frequent direct trains to London, which is only a 50-minute journey. You can relax and leave your car in safety on our large driveway.
Whether you are looking for a complete holiday or a couple of nights away, you can be assured of a warm welcome and a relaxing break in an unspoilt and uncrowded corner of England, even in the height of the season.

Double-bedded room with private shower room (ground floor) Large room with a king-sized bed and sitting area, with TV and tea/coffee-making facilities. Adjacent is a private shower room having power shower, vanitory washbasin and wc. Tariff
Both the Double and Twin-bedded rooms are from £60 per room per night based on 2 people sharing for a stay of 2 nights.
This price includes a continental breakfast consisting of fruit, yoghurt, cereal, home-baked bread/toast and home-made conserves, orange juice, tea/coffee, etc.
Traditional cooked English breakfast is £5 per person in addition.
At certain periods it may be possible to accommodate guests for a single night's stay, or single occupancy: supplements may apply.

There are plenty of good quality pubs and restaurants in the area with menus in all price ranges.

Paddock Wood is a 2-minute journey by car; Tonbridge & Tunbridge Wells 15 mins; and Maidstone & Sevenoaks take 20 mins. The M.2, M.20 and M.25 motorways are all within a 25-minutes' drive and the Channel ports and Channel Tunnel are less than one hour away.
