WITH SECURE PARKING The accommodation is in The Lodge a newly converted, self contained building with the delightful grounds of Holt End Grange, a 250 year old period cottage. It is completely private and separate from the main house. The Lodge is very comfortable and beautifully furnished to a high standard. The Lodge can be booked on either a self-catering or bed and breakfast basis. |
The accommodation comprises of:
- A Double Room with a double bed, TV, ensuite shower room, hair dryer, trouser press, desk and tea and coffee making facilities.
- A Large Double Ensuite Room with a seven foot bed which can be converted into twin beds, otherwise the same as above.
- A Lounge/Dining Room. This comfortable lounge is for the exclusive use of the guests. There is a large dining table suitable for both dining and business meetings. The lounge has French windows that overlook a patio and lovely gardens. There are two sofa beds each the size of a double bed, which can be used only when the lodge is rented as a whole on a self-catering basis.
- A fully fitted kitchen. Situated on the ground floor, which includes a washing machine, microwave, dishwasher and ironing facilities.
