The Limes Country Lodge is set in over six acres of beautiful rural grounds in Earlswood and is situated just a 2 minute drive away from junction 3 of the M42. The Limes setting makes it an ideal venue for those guests wanting easy access to the NEC and Birmingham International Airport and Railway station.
We operate a small and friendly, family hotel with en suite bedrooms. During your stay you will find that we strive to make you as comfortable and as welcome as possible by doing our level best to meet your every need. This is most popular with guests who wish for a more exclusive and private stay.
We also have a number of rooms available for executive / business use as they come equipped with flat screen digital TV with 30+ channels and DVD player.
A substantial continental breakfast can be enjoyed in the privacy of your own room and, where possible, we aim to provide a selection of locally produced fresh goods.

The Limes Country Lodge Hotel is set in six acres of grounds and has ample safe, off road parking for all guests.
We have a number of combinations of rooms available that should match every guests individual requirements and needs. You will find that all rooms have the following features as standard:

Limes Suite of Rooms
The Limes Suite is ideal for those guests travelling with either friends or business colleagues. It has two twin bedrooms set in the Limes Cottage with both rooms sharing a family sized bathroom.
Premier Business Rooms
The Premier Business Rooms are ideal for people whose business takes them away from home but do not want the more formal atmosphere of the larger corporate hotels. The Premier rooms are significantly larger than our standard rooms and are also equipped with the following additional features.
- Digital TV with freeview channels and DVD player
- Broadband Internet connection
- Small meeting desk should you wish to meet with colleagues or clients
- Sofa area
- King Size Bed
Our premier rooms could also be used as a family room, accommodating 2 adults and 2 children.
Although we are not able to offer evening meals to our guests there are a number of country style restaurants / pubs within a five minute drive. We are also just a stones throw away from the prestigious Dickens Heath development which is able to offer further restaurants and bars.
We also supply in your room additional information on local attractions & places to eat and drink.

Single Room £50 per night
Twin Room £65 per night
Double Room £65 per night
Premier Business Room £75 per night
Limes Suite of Rooms £95 per night for the Suite (i.e.two twin rooms)
All prices stated above include a full continental breakfast.
We are happy to accept payent by most major credit and debit cards.
We request that payment is made at the time of booking
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations can be made without charge, provided we receive at least 24 hours notice prior to the expected day of arrival.
For notice within less than 24 hours, we will endeavour to re-let the room and if we do a charge will not be made. However in the event of the room not being filled, you will be charged for the first nights accommodation
Directions
From the NEC / Birmingham International Airport and railway station
Head south along the M42 towards Worcester. Leave the M42 at junction 3, also signposted A435. At the next roundabout take the exit signposted Earlswood Nurseries / Forshaw Heath Lane. After approximately 1 mile turn right onto Poolhead Lane, this road runs into Forshaw Heath Road at the next junction The Limes is directly opposite.
From Earlswood Train Station
We are just half a mile from Earlswood train station which has a train running every hour into both Moor Street and Snow Hill stations in the centre of Birmingham. The train journey takes approximately 25 minutes.
From Birmingham City Centre
There are a number of possible routes into and out of Birmingham City Centre. We are more than happy to help you with directions either at booking or during your stay. It is approximately a 30 - 45 minute drive into Birmingham city centre depending upon the time of day.
