The Byre is converted from old farm buildings in a delightful position only minutes from Chichester centre, Goodwood and Bosham. Accommodation is in main house and in converted staddle barn in garden. Warm welcome assured. All rooms en-suite.
The minimum stay in high season and bank holidays is 2 nights. Single night occupancy holds an extra £5 charge.
The Byre is situated in a private drive on the East side of Salthill Road, which runs North/South between the A259 at FISHBOURNE (South end) and the B2178 (North end).
At Fishbourne, turn into Salthill Road, which is marked by signs (on the South side) to ROMAN PALACE and STATION). |

Proceed over rail-crossing and on ˝ mile over bridge crossing the A27. INDICATE RIGHT as you pass a row of cottages in right immediately after bridge and TURN RIGHT about 100 yards after last cottage into open drive. There are telegraph poles and red triangle reflectors on each side of road.
The BYRE is up at the end, in the left hand corner.
If approaching from the B2178, (more difficult!), look for signs to ROMAN PALACE and turn into Salthill Road; Salthill Park is about half a mile on the left and is marked by a red triangle reflector and telegraph poles to left and right off road. If you find yourself crossing the bridge over the A27, you have gone too far!
We look forward to seeing you… |
