| Welcome to The Woodlands in the Torrs Park conservation area on the outskirts of Ilfracombe. You will be a short walk away from the costal path that takes you all around the coast of the South West. We have three grades of room and you can see photos of each of them on the following pages. All rooms are en-suite with private shower and toilet. Prices for 2008 - Standard £30, Premium £38, and Deluxe £48 per person for bed and breakfast
We are a friendly and relaxed team here to help you to enjoy your stay. Whether for a romantic escape or an activity break you will find the Woodlands an ideal place to unwind. You can be sure of comfortable accommodation. The building was recently refurbished to a high standard and provides modern facilities without losing its victorian charm. All bedrooms are en suite with television and tea and coffee making facilities, most have garden views and some have balconies. We have a range of accommodation to suit your needs :- twin, standard, premium, deluxe doubles and a family suite for four.

| Getting Here Satellite Navigation Our postcode is EX34 8AZ but unless you want to go the 'pretty route' or the traffic is particularly bad you will probably find it easier to follow the A361 to Barnstaple and then on to Braunton before switching on the SatNav. Directions by Car Exit the M5 at Junction 27 (signed Barnstaple) onto the North Devon Link Road A361 (about 25 miles) Drive through Barnstaple and towards Braunton on the A361 (about 5 miles) Pass through Braunton and towards Ilfracombe on the A361 (about 5 miles) As you enter Ilfracombe turn left at the set of traffic lights. Turn left at the next set of traffic lights and immediately left again into Torrs Park. The Woodlands is about 200m up up hill on your left. Travelling by Train Exeter Station then change for Barnstaple. The last leg from Barnstaple is by bus. Tiverton Parkway is the best station from Bristol or London as it is faster providing you have arranged a car pick up from the station.
