| Room Rates All rooms are en suite with shower Rooms: 2 Double/single 2 Twin 2 Family  Our current rates ... Per person per night, including breakfast Twin/Double occupancy £30-£40 Single occupancy room £45-£55 Triple Occupancy £25-£30 (Please note our family rooms have one single bed and one double bed) Terms and Conditions We require your credit card information to confirm a booking. We require payment on arrival for the duration of your stay. Your card will not be charged until your arrival, when you will have the option of card, cash or cheque payment. Cancellation Policy We will deduct a fee equivalent to your first night's stay if you fail to give sufficient warning when cancelling a reservation (48 hours). Any cancellation charges will initially be offset against any deposit held and the balance will be charged against the credit card supplied at booking.
