| This peaceful 1920's gentleman's residence offers the welcome, comfort and facilities essential to a perfect stay for the discerning guest. The eight attractive bedrooms provide high standard of accommodation. All have en suite bathrooms, tea and coffee making, colour TV and radios. Several have beautiful views across the wooded hills of the Axe Valley. Books and magazines, fruit and biscuits add that extra welcoming touch. Enjoy your drink in the restful lounge before a leisurely dinner in our spacious dining room. Meals are carefully prepared with unusual 'home cooked' flair using local fresh produce. Set in the glorious rolling countryside of East Devon, 'where country meets coast', Colyford is the ideal touring centre from which to explore the beauties of Devon, Dorset and Somerset. The coastal resorts of Sidmouth, Lyme Regis, Branscombe and Beer are all within a few miles drive; while inland there are many historic houses and towns of character to visit.
