The Sunnydene is a family run 23 bedroom guest house all with en-suite and is located just a couple of minutes from Great Yarmouth's famous Golden Mile.

On your arrival you will be greeted by the proprietors Martin and Pam Hazell, you will be offered a welcoming cup of tea or coffee after your long journey.

You will be invited to use our fully licensed bar located in the television lounge, or just sit and watch television.

During the stay why not visit the Venetian Waterways, Boating Lake, Sea Life Centre, the Marina Complex and the 2 piers all located along Great Yarmouth's golden mile also you can see the new wind farm off of Great Yarmouth.

You will also be close to the Great Yarmouth's shopping centre and market place, also 5 minutes by car is the race course, greyhound and stockcar stadium.

If you don't want to drive there is a local, regular bus service with stops close to the Sunnydene.
