St Conan's is a spacious family run Guest House situated on the South Side of Edinburgh. The building built in the late 18th century is a handsome stone built, B-Listed end terraced Georgian town house on three floors.

St Conan's is located in the Newington district of the city and lies approximately one mile South of Princes Street and is served by an excellent bus service operating at frequent intervals. Visitors to the city approaching from the South usually enter by the A701 on which St Conan's lies.

We are a Scottish Tourist Board Three Star Guest House and have Single, Twin, Double and Family rooms, all have Colour Televisions, Tea and Coffee making facilities, Central Heating and most are En Suite. We have a private Car Park to the rear of the building and like all well managed Guest Houses our breakfast Menu includes, traditional and vegetarian fayre.
