| HOLIDAYS OR WEEKEND BREAKS If you are visiting the local area for recreational or pleasure purposes, then The Stable Yard can offer you good access to local attractions. E.G. Woburn Safari Park, Milton Keynes (for shopping, skiing or visiting the Bowl or Theatre), The Shuttleworth Collection, or many of the other local concerts fairs and activities that go on in the area throughout the year. |

| LOCATION The accommodation is about ½ mile from the main road, up a private drive, in the middle of farm buildings. Wood Farm itself is a working farm, housing around 25 horses and ponies at livery.  Whilst remaining close to major road networks, you are free to enjoy the open countryside and the many walks adjoining the Farm. M1 J13 is approximately 5 miles, A421 link road 2 miles and Milton Keynes and Bedford are both within easy reach.  The village of Wootton is 2 miles away and offers a number of small shops and a selection of eating options. There are several local pubs offering good food and a fast food delivery service too. |
| OTHER INFORMATION The Stable Yard operates a no smoking policy in the apartments and regret that the accommodation is not suitable for pets. A small bed can be put up for young children and you are welcome to bring a travel cot. Please phone to enquire further. |
| HOW TO FIND US Directions by Road From M1 exit J13 and follow the A421 towards Bedford. At the roundabout (approximately 4 miles) go straight ahead. At the end of the dual carriageway take the first left (sign posted Wootton Green). At the end of the road turn left and after approximately 100m take a right turn sign posted Wood Farm.
