Sparks Oast is a characteristic Kentish Oast House on a small sheep farm overlooking the Weald of Kent. Ideally situated for visiting the many attractive villages, castles and other places of interest in the Garden of England or alternatively just rambling amid orchards and hop gardens. In the spring, watch our black lambs running their own 'Lamb National' and you might be lucky enough to see our barn owls taking food into their chicks. |

The Location is very central and peaceful with nearby Golf Course and Riding stables. There is a wealth of excellent pubs offering good food. Sparks Oast is five miles from historic Maidstone and one hour from London by rail. |
 
Leeds Castle is only few miles from Sparks Oast whilst Sissinghurst, Hever, Penshurst, Knole, Itham Mote, Scotney, Chartwell and many more stately homes and beautiful gardens are within easy reach. |

'Take a Pilgrimmage' to Canterbury and visit the gothic Cathedral and hear the tales of Thomas Beckett. If you take a trip along the river beware of the 'ducking stool'. |

Directions Exit the M20 at junction 8 and follow the signs to Leeds Castle. Pass Leeds Castle. Continue for about two miles and turn left onto the A274. At the bottom of Sutton Valence hill turn right into Forsham Lane. Sparks Oast is half a mile on the left. |
