About Us...

We are a large spacious Victorian Guest House, recently refurbished to a very high standard, situated on Hastings promenade 100 metres west of the pier.

The front of the house has panoramic views of the seafront and the English Channel.

Within 5 minutes level walk from all local amenities, the White Rock Theatre, pier and town centre. There are also bowling greens, museums, pubs, and restaurants, town centre tourist attractions and two main-line train stations (St Leonards Warrior Square and Hastings) nearby.

All rooms have tea/coffee making facilities, hot and cold water, colour TV's, ceiling fans, central heating and double glazing. All double and twin rooms have en-suite shower room/WC and are large enough to take extra beds/cot by prior arrangement. Single rooms share bathroom.

There is a BT pay phone and hair dryers/ironing facilities are available in rooms. Children are welcome and a cot and high chair are available if required. There is also a baby listening service by prior arrangement.

We are able to provide 2 hour parking permits for guests to enable on-street parking outside (details on request). There is also a large underground car park with CCTV a few yards away or "pay and display" on street parking.

We regret we are unable to take pets.

Double /Twin Bed and Breakfast from £65.00 to £85.00 per room
Triple Bed and Breakfast from £85.00 to £105.00 per room
Family Bed and Breakfast from £85.00 to £105.00 per room

Weekly rate £200 to £240 per person
Short break deals available between October and April
(excluding Bank Holidays)
