Welcome to my online brochure, let me tell you about Ruana House. I believe that I offer a unique B&B experience in the New Forest, my rooms are self contained so that my guests benefit from the extra privacy that entails. Most rooms have the use of a small kitchen area, ideal to prepare a picnic, bringing back a take away meal is also no problem at Ruana House.

Guests are offered either a substantial continental breakfast or a superb freshly cooked traditional English, I only use quality ingredients and the eggs are fresh and home produced, eat it 'al fresco' if you wish.

Ruana house has a lovely Scandinavian style chalet and studio, double glazed and with gas central heating. All rooms have the use of a full size refrigerator, so you can bring your own wine, beer, soft drinks or favourite snacks.

The rooms all have colour TV's/VCR's. There is plenty of good safe parking. Rooms have en suite or private, exclusive use bathrooms. Tea and coffee making facilities are standard of course.

Ruana House is situated on the A337 approx 1 ½ miles from Lymington and the same distance from Milford on Sea. We are about 2 miles from the open Forest. Bournemouth is approx ½ hours away in car.

Ruana House has no stars, no roses, I am not AA or RAC rated, I believe my service speaks for itself, it is a matter of personal pride to make sure that my guests leave satisfied with all aspects of their stay - anyway enough of what I think, here are the thoughts of a few people who have stayed at Ruana House.
