Open all year this 200-acre working beef and sheep farm provides bed and breakfast accommodation in one of the most beautiful and interesting areas of the Derbyshire Peak District. It is situated just off the A6, three miles from the delightful old market town of Bakewell. Both Chatsworth House and Haddon Hall are within a few minutes drive. The area is a paradise for walkers as well as providing many fascinating attractions for the less energetic.
Accommodation comprises 2 en-suite rooms, including one on the ground floor, and a family room. Separate access, colour television and an excellent selection of drinks, biscuits and thoughtful extras in all rooms. | Having been in the Caudwell family for many years your hosts have collected an abundant supply of information on local history, places to visit etc. Interesting circular walks can be made from the farm. The farm has ample parking and there are good restaurant and public houses near by. |
