 | Rowley Hill Lodge was built originally in 1830, as the lodge to the nearby farmhouse. Over the last 10 years, it has been much modernised and enlarged while still retaining its considerable character. |
| The house is set in its own secluded garden in which are free-range hens and a dovecote - about one mile (1.5km) north-east of Saffron Walden. Views from both guest rooms stretch across open countryside. | |
 | Each bedroom - twin and double - has its own bathroom (including bath and powerful shower), colour television, and tea/coffee making equipment. |
| Breakfast is served in the dining room; and you are welcome to use the sitting room if you wish. Our aim is to provide guests with modern facilities in an old house, set in peaceful surroundings - only a few minutes from the delightful old town of Saffron Walden. | |
