Quinhay Farmhouse is a modern-style family farmhouse situated on one of the highest points in Hampshire in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. We offer two comfortable rooms with accomodation as follows: Room 1 A double/twin room with dual aspect and private bathroom. £30 pppn. Room 2 A double room with En Suite facilities. £40 pppn. There is also a large, private residents lounge with television for guests use. All bedrooms have hairdryers, tea- and coffee-making facilities and television. From the North and South: Follow the A3(M) dual carriageway until you get to Petersfield. At the exit signed for Winchester and Alton, A272 turn off and follow the signs for Petersfield. After about 400 yards, you will come to a roundabout where you turn left signed for Froxfield, up Bell Hill. Stay on this road, and you will cross over the A3(M), and travel through the village of Steep. The road climbs steeply after the village and at the top of the hill keep going straight on - DO NOT TAKE THE TURNING TO FROXFIELD THAT YOU WILL SEE ON YOUR LEFT!. You will pass the Trooper Inn on your right hand-side, and after about another mile, the road bears sharp left. You will find Qunihay Farmhouse on the right hand-side of the road on this bend. Turn into the drive, and keeping to the right there is ample parking. From the West: Follow the A272 from Winchester to Petersfield. You pass under the A3(M) dual carriageway and at the roundabout go straightover, following the signs for Petersfield. After about 400 yards, you will come to a roundabout where you turn left signed for Froxfield, up Bell Hill. Stay on this road, and you will cross over the A3(M), and travel through the village of Steep. Turn left, towards Petersfield. Stay on this road for about half a mile, until you reach a roundabout. At the roundabout turn right, signed to the A3(M). The road splits, and you should stay in the left-hand lane, following the signs for Portsmouth. This takes you onto the A3(M) heading south. Stay on here for one junction, exiting at the signs for Winchester and Alton, A272. At the bottom of the slip-road, turn left, heading into Petersfield, and after about 400 yards, you will come to a roundabout where you turn left signed for Froxfield, up Bell Hill. Stay on this road, and you will cross over the A3(M), and travel through the village of Steep. The road climbs steeply after the village and at the top of the hill keep going straight on - DO NOT TAKE THE TURNING TO FROXFIELD THAT YOU WILL SEE ON YOUR LEFT!.
