Guests are welcome through out the year. You will find our accommodation warm and cosy in winter and light and airy in summer. All rooms have facilities for making hot drinks. Access to microwave, fridge and iron are also available. En-suite is provided in each room with colour TV, clock radio and hair dryer. Guests can come and go with key provided.
Relax in our lovely old farmhouse that is furnished for your comfort. We have added the little extras that make your stay with us a memorable experience and will make you want to return again. This is why we have been given a Silver Award from the tourist board.  The breakfast room has individual tables each with its own toaster. The traditional hearty farmhouse choice of menu is supplied with fresh locally grown produce when ever possible and will set you up for the rest of the day. There are many local places that serve excellent evening meals for you to visit  We take a pride in our garden for you to enjoy. If you do not wish to go out and about, you can relax in our beautiful secluded garden and enjoy the peaceful country air.  Pinn Barton Farm is situated just off the Jurassic world heritage coast road between Sidmouth and the award winning thatched village of Otterton. We have many lovely local walks around the area. The Southwest coastal footpath runs through our fields and the Regency town of Sidmouth is only 2 miles to the East. Sidmouth has everything you expect, safe sandy beaches and beautiful gardens for you to enjoy. The gardens have been awarded the national winner of Britain in bloom award on several occasions. A car is an advantage to tour the area and we have ample parking available.
Pinn Barton Farm is only twelve miles from M5 (Junction 30) and 11 miles from A30 and A35 (Honiton). Turn right at sea front, up over Peak Hill, first farm on other side (2 miles).  |
