A warm welcome awaits you as you step in to the hall of our 16th century farmhouse and enjoy a relaxing and peaceful atmosphere. Watch the wildlife and enjoy the view of the lovely St. Brides Valley as you take breakfast in the conservatory. The house is situated in half an acre of pleasant gardens surrounded by woods and farmland.  Visitors are welcome to use our large heated indoor pool, play croquet on the lawn or relax in the TV lounge with inglenook fireplace. |
| Penylan is situated in an area well served by excellent eating places, one of which is within easy walking distance. Castles and Roman remains abound. Three well known gold courses are within a 5 mile drive. Cardiff City with its barrage, historic Bath, the beautiful Wye Valley, Forest of Dean and Welsh Valleys all are in easy reach. |
The accommodation comprises one twin en-suite and one family room with private bathroom. Both have facilities for making tea/coffee. Also one smaller twin room is available for families.  In the mornings a full English breakfast is served in the conservatory. |
