Rooms and Facilities
We have two individually styled and spacious bedrooms available. Both with uninterrupted views over open fields. A queen size double, ensuite (bath with thermostatic shower over, basin, bidet, and loo).
A mini Suite, consisting of a bedroom with a double and single bed, this is available as a family, double, twin or single room, it’s own bathroom (roll top bath, basin and loo) and a private landing.
Both rooms offer a full size teletext television; radio alarm clock; hairdryer, a good selection of tea/coffee making, DAB ironing facilities and wireless internet conection.
We offer a comprehensive breakfast menu with a good selection of starter and cooked options including full English or Vegetarian, sourced where possible from local produce.
- Unlimited off road parking for vehicles, boats, trailers, horseboxes, etc.
- Unfortunately we are unable to accommodate children.
- It is not possible to have guests’ pets in the house, but we do have a dog kennel with small covered run available and fields for walkies.
- There are several excellent Pubs in neighbouring villages, with extensive menus and ales.
- Park Farm is a non-smoking home.
Guests are welcome to arrive between 4pm and 9pm. Checkout is by 10.30am on the day of departure.
Location
Only a 10 minute drive north of the historic coaching town of Stamford, and Burghley House, the site of the famous horse trials, and setting for many major films including Pride and Prejudice and the De Vinci Code.
Bordering England's smallest county of Rutland, Park Farm is ideally situated for sailing, fishing, cycling and bird watching all possible at Rutland Water.
Geoff Hamilton's famous Barnsdale Gardens are also close by.
Tolethorpe Hall (Rutland Open Air Theatre), Grimsthorpe and Belvoir Castle together with the National Trust's Belton House and Woolsthorpe Manor are within easy driving distance.

From £32.50 per person per night. (Single occupancy from £45). We offer a 10% discount for 3 night mid-week breaks.

Four Stars: Very good quality in all areas. Bedrooms more spacious with greater emphasis on quality of décor, furnishings, fixtures and fittings. Extra facilities and personal touches provided, e.g. hairdryer, radio. En-suite facilities well fitted with quality sanitary ware, effective lighting and ventilation. Towels of a high quality and a range of toiletries provided.
A very good breakfast offered, with a wide selection of starter and cooked options. Local or homemade specialties featured, with an emphasis on fresh ingredients.
Service and guest care attentive, efficient and hospitable.
