A warm welcome awaits you from Mary & John at Park Edge. A small friendly non-smoking husband & wife run house. We are 5 mins from seafront & 10 mins from town centre. A short walk will take you to Lodmoor Country Park & the Sealife Centre. The railway station is 10 mins walk or a short taxi ride away. Condor Ferry Port is 3 minutes drive along the esplanade. We also have off road parking.

We offer 4 doubles and a large family en-suite. All rooms have tea and coffee making facilities and a television.
Our rates are very reasonable, we charge per room, ranging in the low season from £50.00 to £65.00 in the high season (family room up to £90.00). If an extra fold up bed for a child is required there would be an extra charge.
We welcome one or two nights stays but longer would be nice. Stay a night before catching the Condor Ferry or of course returning.
We take debit & credit cards for deposits with the balance payable on arrival. We require £20.00 per room per night to secure your booking. Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE. One & two night stays must be paid for in FULL at the time of booking.

A clean well decorated room at side of house with comfortable double bed. Full bath and shower, tea and coffee making facilities & television.
Room 3 Double Twin
A good sized warm and cosy room at side of house overlooking garden with king size bed. Recently redecorated and refurbished with brand new en-suite shower room. Tea and coffee making facilities. Televison.
Room 4 Double en-suite
A large and airy cottage like room at top of house overlooking the front, with shower, tea & coffee making facilities, television.
Room 5 Family en-suite
An extra large and sunny room at front of house. King size bed & Bunks also an additional queen size bed if required, large shower, tea & coffee making facilities, television.
