| Whether on business or pleasure enjoy a relaxing stay at our charming, peaceful cottage set in 3 acres surrounded by farms and woodland. Being just 5 miles from M5/M42 we are ideally situated for visiting the numerous attractions in the Heart of England, including easy access to Birmingham airport and the NEC, or as a stopping off point on a long journey. Located about 2½ miles out of Bromsgrove, off the A448 Bromsgrove to Kidderminster road, the attractions of Birmingham, Worcester, Malvern, Kidderminster and Wyre Forest, Cotswolds and Vale of Evesham, and Stratford upon Avon, are all within easy reach. Many excellent walking routes are available locally. For those of you wishing to practice or improve your golfing skills there is a new Golf Driving Range across the road.  Enjoy our garden which has fruit trees, traditional English garden plants and a natural pond which attract a large variety of wildlife and birdlife. Our free range hens roam in their own paddock providing tasty, fresh eggs for your breakfast. Enjoy a freshly cooked breakfast in the comfortable breakfast room/lounge, using local produce, our own home made preserves and eggs from our free range hens. We are happy to cater for special diets, and a small fridge and microwave are available for use by guests. |

Our two non-smoking rooms for guests all have central heating, and comprise one with superkingsize double bed that can also be a twin, with ensuite shower room, and one with kingsize double bed having its own private, luxury bathroom with bathrobes provided.

| Directions From M5 North J4, M5 South J5, M42 J1: Take the A38 to Bromsgrove, and then the A448 to Kidderminster. About 2 miles out of Bromsgrove you will pass Crossroads/Countryforge on the right. Carry on for a further ¾ of a mile, and turn right into Woodcote Lane (sign-posted to Dordale and Belbroughton). Overwood is 100 yards on the left. From Kidderminster Take the A448 to Bromsgrove, past the village of Chaddesley Corbett and continue for a further two miles. Turn left into Woodcote Lane (100 yards past the local parish sign for Dodford), sign-posted to Dordale and Belbroughton. Overwood is 100 yards on the left. |
