As a new conversion we have designed The Old Manse Barn to offer contemporary flexible bed and breakfast accommodation. The secluded position with extensive rural views offers a private retreat for a couple looking to get away from it all. The availability of wireless broadband makes it ideal for those on business travel. A warm welcome is guaranteed on arrival. With its own drive, parking and entrance; you are free to enjoy your stay in privacy.

The First floor apartment has a lounge area, which features a leather sofa and chair, TV with freeview DVD and CD player. Surround sound is also included for your enjoyment.

A small kitchen offers essentials: Kettle, toaster, fridge, microwave oven, crockery and glasses. An ample supply of tea and coffee is included.

Fresh fruit, juice, cereal, yoghurt and local produce are included in your continental breakfast.

The breakfast area provides a good working space with plenty of light. We have wireless broadband available for your laptop. Fax, copier and printer are available on request.

Double shower room, toilet, washbasin and central heating complete the apartment.
