Peaceful Farmhouse converted from 17th Century coach house and stables, retaining old charm but with all modern comforts, set in 70 acres, formerley parkland. Approached from the main Kings Lynn to Cromer road (A148) down straight drive curving into sunny sheltered courtyard.

Small herd of cows, some sheep (lambs spring and summer), chickens and household pets.

Separate guests rooms as follows:
Meals served in large farmhouse kitchen, good country cooking and personal attention. Sitting room, TV and sun room with access to garden. One double room with 4 poster bed, sharing bathroom with one twin bedded room. One twin bedded room with en suite bathroom and WC. All rooms have washbasins and tea and coffee facilities. Also twin bedded room with en suite bathroom on ground floor across courtyard with small kitchenette to self cater if desired.

Very well situated for miles of sandy beaches, excellent tourist aatractions, e.g. Park Farm, Snettisham, Shire Horse Centre, Pensthorpe Wildfowl, Gt. Witchingham Wildlife, the Thursford Collection (steam organs and theatre organ recitals). Swimming pools, riding, sailing and golf. Many stately homes, ie. Sandringham, Holkham Hall, Blicking and Felbrigg. Birdwatching at Cley, Titchwell and Blakeney point.
