Margo and Alistair will ensure that you have a pleasant and comfortable visit to this beautiful period-decorated Victorian guest house. Oakvilla is perfectly situated to offer you both a quiet location while at the same time being close to all the local amenities, including Eden Court Theatre. In addition to the usual facilities, Oakvilla offers extra touches - including a laundry services, fruit and flowers in all rooms (during high season). This is a totally non smoking establishment. | ROOMS All bedrooms are beautifully furnished, clean and well-equipped. There are double/twin bedrooms, a family room and single bedrooms available - some of the singles on the ground floor.

| FOOD & DRINK You will get a good breakfast at Oakvilla every morning to set you up for your day of sightseeing. All special diets can be catered for - please mention your requirements at time of booking. Breakfast 7.30 till 9 (or earlier if requested)

| LOCATION It takes about 10 minutes to walk to the guest house from Inverness railway or bus station. FROM A9 (Northbound) At roundabout just before Kessock Bridge take first left. Go straight over next two roundabouts (going over River Ness). At next roundabout take third left (Harrowden Road). Oakvilla is on the left and approximately half way along road. FROM A9 (Southbound) Once over Kessock Bridge take 3rd exit at roundabout and then follow directions as above. From A82 (Loch Ness) At first lights after crossing canal (approx 1/2 mile) turn left into Kenneth Street. Turn second left into Fairfield Road - travel along Fairfield Road - Harrowden Road is the fourth junction on the right and Oakvilla is halfway down Harrowden Road.
