Guests can collect fresh eggs for their breakfast, from our free range hens, here at Mosedale End Farm. Local farmer/butcher Carrock meats supplies us with Cumbrian sourced meats. JoAnne makes fresh bread daily and home made cakes and biscuits for the hospitality trays in the rooms or pack lunches. Walk the Northern Lake District Fells from our working fell farm. Set beneath the magnificent Carrock and Bowscale Fells and at the end of the Swineside valley, means an excellent days fell walking/cycling can begin from the door step. Or explore the quieter un-spoilt side of the Mighty Skiddaw or join the Cumbrian Way. Check our "Wainwrights" Northern fells walks. Enjoy the picturesque surrounding and the tranquility of Mosedale and its fells.  Mosedale End Farm is set in John Peel country. With an abundance of wild animals which can be seen including foxes and owls heard hooting at dusk and dawn. Mosedale End Farm is a working fell farm whose Swaledale sheep graze the fells behind it. Collie dogs are used to gather and work the sheep in the traditional way. A stay at Mosedale End Farm will give you the chance to experience the best of the Cumbrian countryside. This traditional Lake District farm house is surrounded by stunning views and peace. Don't forget you can bring your horse on holiday to Mosedale End Farm too…. Breakfast Breakfast is served in the dining room between 8:00 am and 8:30 am You have a choice of cereals, and as much as you want of coffee, tea and toast (made from homemade bread)Followed by a cooked farm house breakfast, or bacon buttie!!
