| Welcome to Mill Farm, Norfolk Originally 17th century, Mill Farm is surrounded by rural farm land right in the heart of Norfolk. The house sits in the middle of its own ten acres with stables, paddocks and a swimming pool. There is easy access from the A11 and plenty of space for parking horseboxes, trailers or caravans. |

| Mill Farm offers a lovely cottage-style suite of rooms for your exclusive use. The suite includes a large beamed sitting room with television, DVD, fridge, microwave, tea and coffee making facilities and a convertible sofa for extra sleeping accommodation. It also includes a lovely double bedroom, a spacious shower room with toilet and basin and a private entrance to hallway with ample space for coats and boots. Guests are welcome to use the swimming pool and patio area where there is also a BBQ for your use. Breakfast includes juice, cereal, toast, crumpets or croissant with butter and conserves. Exotic and seasonal fruits with yoghurt and continental meats and cheeses - or you may prefer a full English breakfast made from local produce! Your dogs are welcome and there is stabling for horses onsite. |

| Location Mill Farm is located very conveniently off the A11 sixteen miles south west of Norwich. Deopham Green is a small village with its own pub (The Queen Victoria) and famous burger restaurant (Nick's Diner) within a mile of the house. Within a few miles there is an excellent choice of good pubs and excellent restaurants. We will be happy to furnish you with a fuller list of hostelries on your arrival and we will almost certainly be able to offer an informed opinion of any pub or restaurant you are recommended. |

| Tariff Bed and Breakfast is £40 per person per night, £70 for a couple. Longer stays by arrangement Horses including stable, grazing, use of school and horse walker is £15 per night Horse Riding or Alexander Technique lessons (see www.stat.org) are £25 each Inc VAT.
