Merriland has fifteen bedrooms, all with hot and cold water, shaver points, showers, tea making facilities and good comfortable beds. En suite facilities. The house faces south, is situated just off the bus and coach routes, and is two minutes from the shops and Viking Bay.

Merrilands is only a few minutes walk from the beach and from the local town and shops.
