It is ideal for exploring the beautiful Devon countryside and coastlines, situated only 1 mile from Exminster Village, 5 minutes drive from the historic city of Exeter with its Cathedral, University, Quays and shops.

The twin bedded bedroom has its own full private facilities including bath, shower and toilet, colour television and hostess tray. There is an wood burning stove and ample safe parking.

There is a delightful conservatory over looking the rolling hills where a good breakfast is served.

Directions to Matford Belvedere

Exit M5 at junction 30 follow the A379 DAWLISH exit off the roundabout.
Straight over the next roundabout.
Take 1st exit off the following roundabout to Dawlish.
Turn 1st right to EXMINSTER.
After passing the garage on the right take 1st right into DEEPWAY LANE.
Continue for 1 mile.
At the top of the hill MATFORD BELVEDERE is marked on the tree on the left.
