 Mandalay is situated a short walk from the town of Amesbury and a 3 minute drive to Stonehenge.
Built in 1930, the house boasts 5 individual en suite rooms, all of which have colour TV, hairdryer and hospitality tray. Breakfast is served in the relaxed, unique style room looking out over the garden.
Mandalay, offers the perfect base for walkers, cyclists, and the ever amazing Stonehenge.
The beautiful towns of Salisbury, Winchester and Shaftesbury are all within 30 minutes by car. There are many walks and cycle routes through Wiltshire, with breathtaking vistas.
The nearest train station is located at Sailsbury, Mandalay is only 8 miles away.
There are excellent eating houses nearby and Nick and Angie Ramplin your hosts will give you details.
 Children are always welcome at Mandalay. Special diets are catered for as is anything you might need.
Mandalay offers a warm welcome to everyone, and nothing is to much trouble.
To Find Mandalay on reaching Amesbury
Take the turning by the bus station in to the centre of Amesbury which is Sailsbury Road. At the end of Sailsbury Road turn left by Lloyds Bank into Church Street, follow this road over the River Avon. The road becomes Stonehenge Road after a right hand bend. Mandalay will be found half way up the hill on the left hand side.
