The Lubnaig is a small family run country house situated in an area of Scotland surrounded by outstanding scenery. Located on the Western outskirts of Callander but within five minutes walk of the town centre, the house built in 1864 has been modernised to provide every comfort yet preserving the atmosphere of the original building. As a private house we cater solely for residents and guarantee peace and relaxation.
Our tree-lined garden offers a secluded location to unwind during your holiday. We have our own private car park. The position of Lubnaig is ideal for exploring a large area of Scotland's best scenery and fascinating history including many outdoor activities and attractions without changing your venue. We pride ourselves in a home from home atmosphere with many guests returning time and again providing the best recommendation we could possibly ask for. |
| Our 8 bedrooms including some on the ground floor are all en-suite (showers) and have central heating, colour television, radio, hairdryer and tea/coffee making facilities. |
| The Lubnaig has 6 bedrooms situated in the main house, 2 of which are on the ground floor. 2 ground floor rooms are also available in our annexe - the Coach House which is located a few metres from the back of the main house. All our rooms sleep 2 only, no family rooms are available. |
| The Dining Room is full of character with a wonderful view over the garden. Serving a full hearty Scottish breakfast. |

There are two distinctive lounges for your relaxation and comfort.
The charming front lounge looks onto the garden and contains a small library with a good selection of reference books. A spacious area for you to relax after a busy day, plan for the next day or share your experiences with other guests. Also the very pretty garden room also looking onto the garden with access to a furnished patio area.
There is plenty of seats and benches in the gardens, round the pond, to relax in the sunshine.
