Lower Pinn Farm is a working farm of over 220 acres offering Farmhouse Bed and Breakfast in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere.

I have three comfortable, spacious bedrooms, with en suite facilities. All bedrooms are equipped for making hot drinks, colour television, clock radio, electric blankets, shaver points and central heating throughout. Guests are welcome to use the sitting room, hearty traditional English Breakfast is served in the dining room on separate tables. Guests have their own keys and may return at any time throughout the day. |
Children are very welcome, and there is a reduction for children sharing with two adults. A fridge is provided for the use of guests.

Lower Pinn is situated two miles to the west of the unspoilt seaside resort of Sidmouth and one mile to the east of the pretty village of Otterton in an area of outstanding natural beauty. If you enjoy walking there are many cliff and country walks, with fields extending to the Coastal Path. The resorts of Sidmouth, Seaton, Lyme Regis, Budleigh Salterton and Exmouth are nearby, as are many good inns and restaurants for evening meals.

Directions to Lower Pinn
At Sidmouth seafront turn right, come up Peak Hill, down the other side, past some houses, we are the next farm on the left, approximately two miles from Sidmouth.
From M5 junction 30 follow signs to Bicton Park, go past the entrance, take the first left into Otterton, bear left at the top of the village, right at Pinn Lane corner, we are the next farm on the right. |
