| Leighton House B&B May we commend you to Join us at Leighton House As your hosts, we can assure you of a friendly welcome and a choice of high class accommodation to serve your short or long term needs, our establishment is situated approximately three minutes walk from the lake bank and ten minutes to the country park and conveniently five minutes drive from the M62 motorway. An ideal base for country walks and strolls as we are on the edge of the Pennines. All rooms are decorated and furnished to the highest standard giving you maximum comfort and relaxation. Each room is en-suite and has a colour television, clock radio alarm, fridge and tea and coffee making facilities. Breakfast is served in our spacious dining room overlooking the garden. Parking spaces are available in our private car park, which has C.C.T.V. and security lighting. |

| TERMS & CONDITIONS When making a reservation at Leighton House B & B our terms and conditions apply as follows below. When booking one or more rooms with Leighton House B & B a deposit of £10 per room per night is payable which is none refundable weather it be paid by credit card, cash or cheque. We require a full 7 days notice if a booking is to be cancelled for any reason. Any damaged caused to the property or fittings by any guest during there stay will be charged to that guest or the persons that made the booking using the credit card details supplied or in cash but not by cheque unless we approve payment by cheque.
